For almost the entirety of last year I didn't go out and talk to anyone.I didn't care about anything and I just sat around a lot, completely unmotivated to do anything. It was probably the weirdest period of my life because I asked myself so many questions and thought so much,I was upset about a lot of things, and I was usually pretty depressed.
Anyway, all of a sudden I have a crazy urge to go out and do things and build relationships with people and whatnot.I'm not sure it'll last though...so should I see someone about it or was my year of solitude a phase that teens usually go through?
