is it possible to actually learn a full left leg split by june 9. i need advice on how to go about it.

do splits against the wall. i dont know if you can do it by june 9th. but to do wall splits you just put your butt against the bottom of a wall (facing the wall)with your legs up against the wall also & then spread your legs as if you were doing a split and stop where your legs hurt and hold for a mintute & keep going. ♥ corey.
