I bought the Dangerously Straight shampoo (I don't use conditioner) and I was wondering if it actually works? I have straight hair with a slight wave and I use a flat iron to get rid of the slight wave. Does this stuff REALLY work?
Brandi_S answered Friday June 1 2007, 3:29 am: Generally, the point of such shampoos is to help your hair hold the straightening throughout the day after you use your flat iron. Same goes with curling shampoos.
Ah, it would be so much easier if they actually could come up with a magic shampoo to straighten or curl your hair by simply washing. I wish they could. But they sure haven't yet- but they like to try to get you to believe they do by putting such fancy names on the bottle as "Dangerously Straight."
