First off monkis make nasty pets. lol but if you really must have one ( I would like one myself) there are different laws in every state concerning exotic pets so check with your local Wildlife and Fisheries agency.

In some states depending on the monkies life span he may have to be willed to a family member or friend and you may require a licence
