Permanant goose bumps?
Ok for years there's been dots on my arms and they aren't freckles.
It's only on my arm above my elbow and it's goose bumps but it will never go away and I'm always hot so it can't be that I'm cold.
Is it really bad? How do i get rid of it? Will I die?

I have bumps on my arms& legs also; they arent that noticable unless you are looking for them but i had to have my mom take me to the skin doctor& get cream for it. so its probably not goose bumps just a skin problem- so you wont die; dont worrry!

oh my god, i totally have those too! they are only on my right arm though, and i've never known what they were. but i have gone to the doctor before about them, and she said that they are totally natural. no, it's not really bad. i don't think you CAN get rid of them, but if they really bother you, you could get a prescription cream from a doctor / dermatologist. no... you won't die.
