If it is stretch marks try some cocoa butter lotion if it is veins there is a surgery to strink them it is very inexpensive and be done outpatient try elevating you feet in front of you and staying off of them alot
These veins ar called Vericose or Spider Veins if not taken care of they can get worse and require surgery and they can became painful and irritating later in life. These veins appear for many reasons such as weight issues, too much excercise, too much excercise or standing on legs, and having fair skin. Please tell a parent and have them checked out. An ultrasound can be performed on them this is not painful a cold gel will be applied to your legs and something like an x ray machine will be rubbed on your leg its like rubbing your hand on your leg.It cn be done at the hospital in 15 minutes. If they become bad surgery can shrink them try this [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
