Is it true that a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a glass of water will help curb your appetite?

yes this is true. another thing you can do is brush your teeth. most people do not want to eat right after they have cleaned their teeth and they have minty breath.

it leave mint in your mouth so food tastes bad...
so you won't be hungry
