my room
so i want to re-do my room. i want it to be kind of vintage/black and white. so i'm thinking of having all the walls white with black border on top and bottom plus on my big wall like the siloutte of a dead tree (all black) with one red apple hanging from one branch. i'm also thinking a lot of black and white photos framed on my other walls. and hanging records up- any other ideas??? thanks!

I saw this idea in a magazine. Put pictures to make like a short movie on your wall. The example in the magazine had 3 pictures of a couple kissing. The first picture they were talking, the 2nd they were getting closer and about to kiss and the last was them actually kissing. On the sides of the pictures looked like film. And they were big, like poster board sized. So try something like that. Oh and make the pictures old looking. Try a funky comforter. Maybe a red polka dotted one.

I'd say other red accessories too -- since there's the one apple. Only a couple... maybe a vase, and a black and white photo of you and your family or best friends, in a red frame. Something like that.
