lost weight quick?

Question Posted Monday May 28 2007, 11:00 pm

about 5 days ago my current boyfriend asked me out and i got so happy that i havent been able to eat or sleep much. i force a little food down at meals but i really dont have an appetite anymore. when i think about food it seems good but then i put it in front of me and i have no desire to eat it. sometimes i feel a little sick if i start to eat, too. and in about 4 days i lost 6 pounds. i dont mind it, i was happy actually, because i was looking to lose a few pounds but i know thats not healthy. is my appetite ever going to come back?

This happened to me too, I got too busy and interested in this guy that my appetite went away. But I lost 10 pounds in a week. To answer your question, your appetite will come back, but your stomach may still hurt when you eat. So try to eat more and more each time.
