Exercise and healthy eating habits!
Foods to stay away from: pasta, pizza, breads (whole weat is okay though), sugary foods/sweets, and of course fast food places, Starbucks. Subway is okay though.
Don't skip ANY meals, especially breakfast!
A yogurt, banana, and a cup a milk is really good for a breakfast.
Try to cut back on snacking. If you are going to snack though, grapes are the best thing to snack on. Stay away from the chips and cookies!
As far as exercising goes, Try to exercise 4 times a week for an hour straight. It can be anything. Walking around the block for an hour, riding your bike with a friend for an hour, or half and half. Jump roping is really good. No breaks either! Not even for 2 minutes! You have you keep your heart rate up. So an hour, non-stop.
You should see results in 2 1/2 weeks or sooner if you stick to this healthy eating plan and exercising. And no cheating! lol
Good luck :] ]
Walking really helps tone up legs. so does bike riding and running. eating healthier should help also. ]
