NoLies_JustLove answered Sunday May 27 2007, 10:04 pm: Sort of. If you substitute the drinks you usually have daily with water, then you have a good chance of losing weight. For example, if you drink soda or juice alot and start drinking water instead, it's very likely that you will lose weight. Plain water has no calories and it filters out impurities in your body, so it's very good to drink. But since it really has nothing in it, you can't drink it instead of actually eating, lol. Plus, if you just drink water and don't start eating healthier, you'll probably just see a small change in your weight. You are, in fact, supposed to drink 6-8 glasses daily but you'll have to pee alot haha. So, yeah, if you just start choosing water over juice and/or soda, you will probably lose weight. =) [ NoLies_JustLove's advice column | Ask NoLies_JustLove A Question ]
comfortably_numb answered Sunday May 27 2007, 10:04 pm: By drinking more water your kidneys will be stimulated, helping to reduce water retention; and, in the process, your body will burn some more calories. And water is 0 calories so if you replace water with eating something with calories obviously your caloric intake will go down also. mariaa123 answered Sunday May 27 2007, 10:01 pm: hey.
by drinking a lot of water every
day, that's really healthy
but it won't make you lose noticible
weight. if you eat healthy, excercise,
AND drink a lot of water then you'll
lose some weight that is
noticible. so to answer your
question, water itself won't do
you anything. ♥ [ mariaa123's advice column | Ask mariaa123 A Question ]
TinkerbellsHelp answered Sunday May 27 2007, 10:00 pm: If you drink water instead of the normal coke or juice then yes. I dont know if just drinking a lot of water will make you loose weight. Probably a little tinybit because it flushes your system. [ TinkerbellsHelp's advice column | Ask TinkerbellsHelp A Question ]
