Breakfast:
Eggwhite omelette.
Small bowl of Special K cereal with skim milk.
You can cut a banana into the cereal if it's too bland for you. I put in a banana.
Try to refrain from drinking juice. It's a lot of sugar.
Lunch:
Carrot sticks.
Half of a whole -wheat mini-pita with sliced turkey or ham in it.
One serving of fruit: strawberries, grapes, an apple, an orange, etc.
Drink water, or a diet drink.(diet coke, diet snapple, etc.)
Snack:
Light, 100 calorie, yoplait yogurt.
or
Sugar-free Jello. <--sugarfree jello is your safest bet! No sugar, hardly any calories at all!
Dinner:
Salad with grilled chicken, or shrimp(light on the dressing)
or
meatdish(no meatloaf!) with brown rice on the side. Brown rice has a lot of fiber. Fiber is a diet's friend! Remember that! But don't over-do it.
Have a serving of vegetables. Try to stay away from too much tomatoes. Tomatoes are very high in sugar. Carrots and peas aren't that good for a diet either.
*notes*
-Don't have more than 2 servings of fruit a day. It's A LOT of sugar.
-Fiber is your friend.
-Try to eat 5-6 hours before you go to sleep.
Try to get cardio exercise. Biking, running, jumping rope.
Dance when you get the chance to.
If you're ever sitting around watching tv, try to do a couple of sets of crunches (20 per set).

should be pretty easy. aim for 2-3lbs per week. which is simple. basically, you want to cut out all the junkfood that you eat and replace them with fruits and veggies. veggies fill you so you don't get hungry so much, so they're good.
running, jogging, swimming, or biking are good ways to get an hour workout. do that around 4 times a week.
eating plan. for breakfast, try oatmeal and a bannana/different type of fruit, and OJ.
lunch, try a turkey wrap. with provolon cheese and veggies.
dinner, try cheese ravoli, or a salad.
you can eat way more than that..but eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
