I really don't like discharge because it makes me feel gross. Could I use baby wipes to help make me feel more clean?

deffinitly. There are also numerous kinds of whips that are ment for periods and discharge that you can find at any drug store or gorcery store. but im sure baby whipes work just as well.
You might also want to try panty liners. and wear them on a daily basis for discharge. that way you dont feel a thing during the day. or when your at school.
They have panty liners for thongs and just noral panties.

yes you can, but that won't stop the discharge, unfortunately. nothing will; its the way the vagina cleans itself and it is normal and just shows that you are healthy =)
however, if it changes color or begins to smell wierd, you might be experiencing an infection. If that happens, go to your doctor immediately.
otherwise, there is nothing to prevent vaginal discharge and is something that, unfortunately, us girls have to live with.

hey well if you buy "always clean" pads they come with a little wipe for when your on your period. and baby wipes work really great for just normal discharge which is really gross lol.
