I can have a back-bend but slip when I do it. Today my friend spotted me for a back handspring and I did pretty good because she did like all the work. How can I learn a band handspring that will give quick results? I don't have a trampoline or mat though. :[

Try to find something like that in your area or a summer program that might do it. You might even consider gymnastics for a season if you want to do stuff other than a back handspring. hope i helped (: [ SoccerCutiex3's advice column | Ask SoccerCutiex3 A Question ]

if you stand with your back two feet away from the wall..and put your arm over your head and push them down the wall (fingertips towards the wall) which will arch your back..that will help aswell..because its the position that you do in a back handspring (same concept as a walkover) [ Sparky_1's advice column | Ask Sparky_1 A Question ]
