afraid for once about dating my bff and the last day of scho

me and my best friend love eachother. everyone is trying to get us together as in dateing. but i want to but im just scared. im never scared to do anything. and im never scared to talk to guys or even the ones i like im not afraid to make a fool of myself i do what i want when i want im never afraid to do anything. but im just afraid to loose him again. we tried dating before but it fell apart and we grew apart but were bestfriends again. we love eachother but im afraid to loose my bestfriend again. but i wana go out with him. we said if we would go out wed never loose being bestfriends. id die with out him. i wana date him but then i dont wana loose him like last time. what do i do so we dont break up? or so we stay friends? or so im not as afraid? can you list the pros and cons please. help me this is the only bad part about your best friend being a guy. to marrow is the last day or school and i need help by 6am or its over my life is over. i neeed help asap. please im desperate. be harsh be anything just help me
You could go for it and do a trial and see how it goes for a couple of weeks. Then if it feels too weird or like you'd prefer to be friends, then you could break it up and you should hopefully still be friends.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to stop you from breaking up or staying friends afterwards, things just work themselves out. If it's mean to happen then it will.
You're probably just scared that it might be weird & that you'll loose him. So just relax and think about things properly before you make any decisions. Only you can decide what's best for you.
Maybe talk to him about it all and then see how you feel afterwards.
