What are some of the best ab exercises? I did google it, but I was wondering if anyone had personal experiences with them & which ones worked. I've been doing crunches & reverse crunches/6 inches. I'm kind of bored with them. Any ideas? Thanks!

It may not seem like they're doing anything right now, but just like losing weight, building muscle takes time too. For the first week I started doing situps, I wasn't seeing any improvements. But later, you will see the change.
Ab exercises that I think work the best are, the ab lounge, or if you can't get that, normal, old fashioned situps work great and will still give you results. Also, if you try sucking your stomach in and holding it for 10 seconds, then letting it out, this also helps build muscle in your stomach.
