so first the first 5 feet, it should be 100 pounds. (thats average its not like required) then you add 5 pounds for each inch. so the average weight for 5'4 is 120-130. hope i helped ]

BMI Categories:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Female adult would lead you to 30.0
Female child would lead you to 30.1

well, honestly, no one can tell you that because
- you didn't specify your age
- you didn't specify your gender
but, all in all, if you do lots of sports (if you are a guy) then that's perfectly fine. it's probably all muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat.
if you're a girl, just go to this site & fill out all the given information (don't forget age - you have to recalculate)
