Pretzels I'm getting obsessed with pretzels. I have about 1/4 to 1/3 of a bag a day. Are pretzels a healthy snack choice or are they not? What if you like to dip them lightly in mustard?

compared to all the other foods (like fruit, etc.) out there, pretzles are not all that good.
they don't really have vitamans, minerals or nutritional value.
plus too much salt (on pretzels) can lead to high blood pressure which can eventually cause heart disease.
also, mustard is vert not nutritious either.
however, compared to all junk food, pretzeles are
pretty healthy.
like that other person said, too much of anything is not good.
i would suggest limiting pretzel intake to around every other day at first and then 3 times a week, slowy decreasing until its down to 2 times a week or less. ]
Pretzels are better than most snacks, but try not to eat them too much. Just cut back a little, too much of anything isn't good. And if you still want that many, then cut back a bit on the mustard. :D ]
depends the ones with salt are sorta healthy not the bestttt thing for you but the ones with out salt deffentaly are a better choice exspecisally if you gonna dip them in mustard ]
