I'm getting obsessed with pretzels. I have about 1/4 to 1/3 of a bag a day. Are pretzels a healthy snack choice or are they not? What if you like to dip them lightly in mustard?

compared to all the other foods (like fruit, etc.) out there, pretzles are not all that good.
they don't really have vitamans, minerals or nutritional value.
plus too much salt (on pretzels) can lead to high blood pressure which can eventually cause heart disease.
also, mustard is vert not nutritious either.
however, compared to all junk food, pretzeles are
pretty healthy.
like that other person said, too much of anything is not good.
i would suggest limiting pretzel intake to around every other day at first and then 3 times a week, slowy decreasing until its down to 2 times a week or less.
