Try Target. Also, I was in WalMart yesterday and I saw some REALLY cute ones for under $30 for the whole bikini. If you want something more "name brand" try Aeropostale -- they've got a sale on a whole bathing suit for $30.

don't go for the high-end brands like roxy, quicksilver, billabong and such. although they are extremely popular, they're also expensive-- usually 70-80$
if you go to aeropostale though, they just put all of their swimsuits on sale for 15$ for the top and 15$ for the bottom. their swimsuits are cute and looks great! i bought one for myself although i usually buy the high-end bikinis.
