when you see her in the hall and you have time to talk ask her how she is, ask her what boring class she has next, you can fool around with her (but not creep her out) compliment her. girls love compliments. hope i helped =]

Personally, girls like it when you just talk to them.

When you say hi, ask them how they are, how things are going. Any sort of conversation is well appreciated.

Start off with that and slip in subtle compliments. Like "Hey, your hair looks nice today" or "you look really pretty"

NEVER EVER EVER EVER tell a girl she is "sexy" or "hot" because... well, it's ruining the generation enough as it is. Stick to the classics: pretty, cute, gorgeous, beautiful, ect.

hopefully i can help, since i'm in 9th grade and the guy i like is in 8th grade :]

i always pick up on sutle compliments he gives me like when he:

notices a change in my hair
compliments my hair
says he likes my outfit

or even if he just hints that i look pretty, its still really sweet.

basically just compliment her, talk to her about her classes since you aren't in any of them (make sure to seem interested), talk about something at school that you both are included in, a movie that just came out, or even just ask about her weekend. as long as you say something, she'll talk back and before you know it you have a conversation going :]

Ask her about her life.
What she likes to do
Where she likes to go
Anything about music
Tell her she's got pretty eyes
Her hair looks good a certain day
She just looks pretty
