well, you can, drink 12 cups of water per day, and walk one mile each day. i lost weight pretty quick that way.

google Atkins diet. you can lose like 5 pounds a week. i forget all the things you do, i just know i lost alot of weight.

i understand its your choice, but its not the best. i mean your still average but your down there. i actually weight 90 pounds now, and im 5'3. i looked like a little kid. i had no chest. my legs were like skinnier then these 5th graders. i mean, i looked way too skinny, it doesnt look good, im gaining weight though, so, i look alot better. i mean, its just not smart.

just something to consider.

but losing weight would be unhealthy...you are in a healthy BMI(body mass index) for your weight...your at the lower end of the spectrum...losing any more weight would classify you as under weight which is just as bad as being over weight...stick with being healthy...you might not think so now...but it will keep you healthier in the long run...being underweight takes several tolls on your body just like being overweight does...your at a good weight now...but truth be told it probably wouldn't hurt you to gain a couple of pounds...losing weight would be bad for your body in the long run no matter how happy you think you are with the results now
