Does anybody know anyone who has died and come back to life? The step-mom of a friend of mine died once, and woke up a little bit later. She says that she saw colorful lights and heard a voice that told her that it wasn't her time yet, but I was interested in hearing if anybody else has heard what others have experienced.

(Near Death Experiences). I don't know anyone who has had one, but I do know a couple of people who know people who have.
Mostly it seems to follow a pattern of being able to see things in the room that would not be visible from the bed and being able to quote conversations held when they were 'gone'. Other things that have been related have included a bright white light, a feeling of enormous peace and sometimes passed over relatives telling them it isn't yet their time. I don't know about the coloured lights though.
There is a lot of information on the internet about NDE's. It makes interesting reading. [ isis's advice column | Ask isis A Question ]

do you mean like, they were in a car accident, passed out, and then woke up? or they in like a coma or something? or do you actually mean like, they died, was buried and everything, and then was reincarnated?
i've heard stories of people saying, that when they were in a car accident, when they passed out, they saw an angel that said it wasn't her time.
