Clean and Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets!!! They're amazing! Whenever your face becomes shiny during the day, you just wipe your face with one, and it removes the oil from your face without removing the makeup! They are really thin little sheets, so there are 60 of them in a package, which you can just keep in your purse or whatever. Haha I sound like a commercial....but they really are amazing!

I can personally recommend Clean and Clear Oil-Free Acne Wash. Get the cream one if you have dry areas as well (combination skin) otherwise get the one in the pump bottle. [about $5-6]
Also, Clean&Clear makes Oil-Absorbing Sheets- you just blot your face with them and they get rid of excess oil and shine, without adding more powder. These work espiecally well if you have sensitive skin or if your makeup gets cakey. [again, $5-6, depending on the store]
Lastly, any good pressed powder that blends well with your skin (get a "translucent" version if you're not sure) controls shine excellently. Yes, that is a word now. You can get good ones for as little as 2-4 dollars. I recommend CoverGirl Fresh look.
