Also, Clean&Clear makes Oil-Absorbing Sheets- you just blot your face with them and they get rid of excess oil and shine, without adding more powder. These work espiecally well if you have sensitive skin or if your makeup gets cakey. [again, $5-6, depending on the store]
Lastly, any good pressed powder that blends well with your skin (get a "translucent" version if you're not sure) controls shine excellently. Yes, that is a word now. You can get good ones for as little as 2-4 dollars. I recommend CoverGirl Fresh look.
