does anyone know a good photo editor that is free ? one where you can change the colour of the pic, borders, blur things out, etc. basically everything possible...

ummm well for my myspace.. I am always editing my pics cause I think its necassary to edit my pic before uploading it. So yeah I know of a great site that I use ALL the time. so here it is..

the only thing i can think of is the 30 day free trial of photoshop. those programs usually cost alot, so try free versions, they usually do the job ;]
