Now I am bulimic. Why? I can't help it. I try to eat healthy and I know I eat enough food. It's just, some nights I'll start eating something and then it goes on and on. I'm not even hungry! I just eat, and I can't stop. Then when whatever I was eating is gone, I either go to bed and swear that I'll never eat anything again unless I'm hungry, or if its not too late I'll run on my treadmill and then throw up, cause that's just what happens when you run after stuffing yourself.
So how do I break this vicious cycle? What the heck is my problem?!?!?
