Stomache Fat So My stomache & thighs have extra fat.
I'm also very self-conscieous of my legs, beacsue a) they're fat, and b) because they have spider veins and they're just plain ICKY :P
So lately I've been riding my bike for a half hour, and I also play softball (Ends at the end of this weeK).
So my question is..when will I see results? And what are your suggestions to help my problems?

Well, You got the excersise part right.
But it really depends on what you're eating. If you're just eating junk food likes chips, frenchfries, and burgers 24/7, working out is not going to solve anything. Just keep you from gaining weight.
If you want immediate results, eat healthier. Cut out Junkfood, Sodas, Etc. and replace with fruits, vegetables, water, and protein.

When you start to ride your bike for more than half an hour. And ride as fast as you can, and up hills! ]
