fatfatfat. lol. Hey. Well, I'm 13/f, and I weigh I think like 97 lbs, and I'm 5'1. I have a lot of extra weight on my stomach, butt, legs, and arms. I really would like to lose a lot of my weight by August, I'd like to be either 85-87 pounds, becuase I know I'm tall, but I want to be a flyer this year on my cheerleading squad, because I was 2 years ago, then I was a base, and I really want to fly again. I want to be so skinny, that I can fly, regardless of my height. Please help with any tips of exercise that will make me skinnier. Please help? I rate :].

Seriously? Your NOT tall. Your only 5"1 at the age of thirteen and not even past 100 lbs. You dont need to lose any weight. Im 5"3 and weigh that much and im SUPER short. So unless you meant 5"11, your short. But if your 5"11 and only weigh 97 pounds, thats GREAT. I didnt mean that to sound mean, but like really 5"1 isnt that tall. And your normall weight. ]
Well you can do squats, change your eating habits, and use workout tapes, but you may want to be careful. You're already really light, and being tall and really skinny can be dangerous, plus it doesn't look very good. That's how my mom was and she was made fun of for it. She hated it so much that she actually had to take a medication to gain weight again. It was a hard time for her and I don't want it to be a hard time for you too, specifically when the kids can be so mean now a days. Good luck and be careful! =] ]
dude, you're almost exactly my size, and I'm 15. you DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. If you have concerns about yourself, try building up the good stuff- muscle. Diet? CHH! Dude, you don't even need it. If you're really that crazy try eating healthy stuff. These are changes that are healthier and can't hurt.
but you're not morbidly obese so calm down. in fact, you're really tiny for your age compared to some of the people I know. you need to grow some self assurance because you're- and I will repeat this- NOT FAT!! ]
you can excersize but from your discription it sounds like you are regular for your heigt which is good don't let anyone tell you that you're fat just stay healthy by eating normally and by cutting down on junk food and if they don't make you flyer then they're dumb AND NO MATTER WHAT NEVER BE ANOREXIC NEVER I REPEAT NEVER

You don't need to lose weight, trust me, since I'm also 13 and the same size as you. you are NOT fat. at ALL! I think all you need is to tone. So you have to do things like crunches to tone and that just tightens everything up. Just believe me when I say you don't need to lose weight because if you do you will be VERY unhealthy! ]
