tissues and lotion?

My boyfriend made a crack about tissues and lotion the other day while I was looking for a tissue. I'm pretty sure its something sexual a guy uses, but can someone explain it to me?

He was most likely talking about masturbation. A lot of guys use lotion or some sort of slippery substance to masturbate with and then they ejaculate and clean themselves up with a tissue.
