Adobe Photoshop
Okay, so like I hear all these people talking about how they have Adobe Photoshop. I think it's like $300. And these people that I know wouldn't pay $300 for a program. So like how is everybody getting it? One of my friends has the new version 9 or cs2 or whatever but she said she got it for free. Did she lie? Can you download it? Or are they buying it cheap somewhere?

Well, I actually did buy mine. You can get the free 30 day trial on the adobe website. But I'm not sure where else she could get the program for free. They aren't usually cheap either. I'm sure the cheapest place you could get one is on Ebay.

Photoshop is very expensive and, you're right, barely anyone buys it new. I got mine off of eBay for $50. It's just a CD with a serial code and you can put it on any computer you ever have. A GREAT deal. Just go to eBay and search for "Photoshop 7" or "Photoshop CS". It also comes with ImageReady, which is what you use to make animations (ie moving pictures).
It's a great program, just make sure you get a reliable seller. Look at their feedback before you bid. :)
