binge cycle

ok so i think i have a disorder becuse i just eat anything i can even if im not hungry and i promise myself ill workout the next day but that never seems to happen and i really want to break this cycle and loose some weight and be skinny again . PLEASE HELP!

hey

make a schedule. when you get back from school, first thing just hop on the elliptical & go for it! if you make a schedule for times when to work out, you will get into a routine & stick with it. you just have to make a schedule first.

keep yourself away (or stop buying) foods like chips, fries, burgers, soda, candy, etc. so you can't snack on them when you're hungry. replace the cabinets with fruits, veggies, & lots of water bottles. that way, if you feel the urge to snack, you will at least be eating healthy stuff :]
