TheWallflower answered Wednesday May 9 2007, 11:12 pm: if you're asking the obvious, you've got to be retarded. Pooping helps you lose weight because you are removing mass from your body. Mass such as poop weighs something. So removing it from your body will take away some weight.
If you're asking how pooping will make you skinnier, it doesn't. The only way pooping could make you skinnier is if you take some very unhealthy laxatives that cause your intestine to not digest the food you eat. That way you will poop more and lose weight because you'll be crapping everything you eat out instead of absorbing some of it. [ TheWallflower's advice column | Ask TheWallflower A Question ]
ammo answered Wednesday May 9 2007, 10:37 pm: If by pooping you mean going to the toilet then yes to an extent, it does.
Basicaly think of it this way... when you eat food you are adding the weight of that food to your own mass. When you go to the toilet you are removing from your body all the waste matter (so you technically lose some of that weight you added). [ ammo's advice column | Ask ammo A Question ]
owns13927 answered Wednesday May 9 2007, 10:35 pm: no, pooping is simply the waste your body doesn't want. you can't make yourself poop and you can't not make yourself poop so in short you can't control your pooping. you might want to try a diet and/or exersize.
