i forgot the name of the movie

does anybody remember the name of a movie that was played on oxygen a few years ago. it was about a lady running for miss usa. and she gave her child up to her friend. then her daughter found out that the lady running for miss usa was her mother. i know it sounds confussing but i really cant remember the name of the movie. also another clue is that the lady who was running for miss usa look alot like mariah carey ( in my opinion). if u can help i really appreciate it! thanks

Its called Beautiful. And to the person under me. She never said it WAS Mariah Carey. She said that the person LOOKED like her. Hope I helped :).

It's "Beautiful" and the girl is not mariah carey- she's "minnie driver"
