It could be PMS. If it is, you'll need to get that taken care of. If PMS is making you dizzy and nauseous, that's a problem and you need to see a doctor. It's not normal pre-menstrual symptoms. Pre-menstrual symptoms are one thing, but actual PMS is a health concern that can get really severe to the point of PMDD. Even if it isn't PMS, dizzyness and nausea warrant seeing a doctor anyway. They could mean any number of really bad things. So, get to a doctor soon! Good luck.

yes. these signs are perfectly normal signs of pms. for future reference other signs include mood swings, fatigue, over eating, weight gain, headaches, breast swelling, sore throat, fainting, urinary problems, cramps, confusion or fuzzy thinking, sinus problems, and difficulty with coordination.

It is a possible symptom of pms but it is very unlikely unless you are anemic. When you bleed heavily during your period it can make you nauseas or dizzy. Also with the muscle spasms in your lower abdomen before and during your period it could make you nauseas. Unless you could be pregnant, it could be pms or even the beginning of the flu.

Hope that helped!
