hco_babe answered Monday May 7 2007, 10:33 pm: yes. these signs are perfectly normal signs of pms. for future reference other signs include mood swings, fatigue, over eating, weight gain, headaches, breast swelling, sore throat, fainting, urinary problems, cramps, confusion or fuzzy thinking, sinus problems, and difficulty with coordination. Ashumms answered Monday May 7 2007, 10:33 pm: It is a possible symptom of pms but it is very unlikely unless you are anemic. When you bleed heavily during your period it can make you nauseas or dizzy. Also with the muscle spasms in your lower abdomen before and during your period it could make you nauseas. Unless you could be pregnant, it could be pms or even the beginning of the flu.
