okay my problem is. . i take everything WAYYY TOO SERIOUSLY. like i need to relax i know and just not think about little things that botehr me but sometimes i just feel like i need anger mangment my mom makes me GO CRAZY! she yells all the time and its hard to control myself and i just stress over stupid thinngs, making little stuff a big deal and im just really frustreated and mad

Instead of concentrating on what bothers you, concentrate on what makes you happy. Whenever you feel angry and unrelaxed, do something that will help you get your mind off of it. Take a walk, do yoga/pilates, call/hang out with friends, join a club or after school activity, draw, write down your thoughts, etc. Anything that can draw you away from the little annoyances in your life can help.
