Then go to the little eyedropper thing that lets you pick anything from your picture and it will turn into that color. So pick the skin color from right around the blemish or whatever. Then just go over it a little bit with the paintbrush or air brush tool. You could also select a part of your picture, then copy and paste and put it over the zit.
