Eating

Question Posted Sunday May 6 2007, 6:14 pm

If you eat really unhealthy food for a while, how long does it take to catch up? For example, if you eat bad for a month straight, will it take a month to catch up to your body or what?

have you ever seen Supersize Me?
that guy went on a month straight on McDonalds food and gained 20lbs.
its the same way with any other kind of junkfood.
well probably not gain 20lbs.

No, normally if you eat bad for a month it could catch up to you fast and it is harder to get rid of fast. Certian types of foods can hurt different types of organs in your body and some of them need much more time then others. If you choose to eat junk food. Eat it in moderation.
