Use eyeliner on the outside half of the bottom eyelid. use black eyeliner. but don't use too much cause that never looks good.
if your eyes have any green in them whatsoever, use purple. like a lavendar or anything thats kinda purpley. it will make them look greener and draw lots of attention.
also, green eyeshadow and beiges. green will look great and give you an earthy feel. the beige can be used if you just want a quick neutral look.

Any color looks good with brown eyes but to make them pop, use purples, greens, and natrual colors. Every time I watch make over shows, they use those colors and it look good. Make sure you blend different shades together when doing your eye shadow.
