Apparently they were singing Candy Shop by 50 Cent [who is the worst rapper I've ever heard]. The bunny asked that other thing if he knew what the lolly pop was in the song, and he said no. Then the bunny told him that he was gonna do it. Basically saying that he was gonna suck him off.
In my opinion, there was no joke. And if there was, it wasn't funny. That's a seriously dumb comic.
