LaceyIsPrettyBomb answered Saturday May 5 2007, 12:12 am: i know this situation allll to well. lets just say heels are not my friend lol. whenever i have to wear heels for something, i wear them around the house for a couple days for a few hours. just walk around your house in them for a while. practice walking up and down stairs, walking at different speeds, sitting down and standing up, ect. its not fun, but it works. soaking your feet in warm water after practicing in the everyday is a good idea too. or else youll have veryyyyy sore feet lol
