a trick i use is putting my toes down first and then my heel. Practice this and pretend you're walking down a runway. Just keep practicing and you'll get it eventually!

Practise walking in them at least 3 days before the big day. Walk with confidence. Try walking around the house in heels. Try walking on flat surface, steps and on your the lawn.

And oh ya, bring lots of plasters on that day just in case you get blisters.

i know this situation allll to well. lets just say heels are not my friend lol. whenever i have to wear heels for something, i wear them around the house for a couple days for a few hours. just walk around your house in them for a while. practice walking up and down stairs, walking at different speeds, sitting down and standing up, ect. its not fun, but it works. soaking your feet in warm water after practicing in the everyday is a good idea too. or else youll have veryyyyy sore feet lol

good luck!

it'll be really uncomfortable but wear them around your house for 2-3 days before the wedding. if you usually wear sweats around the house like me, still wear them, just put heels on. you can sit down and stuff..just keep them on. don't kick them off while watching tv. it's all about getting used to. whenever i get new tennis shoes, i use this idea & they're broke in in no time lol =]
