my boyfriend and his friends always make fun of me because i dotn have any on top. and they always tease him about it. im a very open minded person so i always ask him why he does that it hurts my feelings and he just laughs and says its true but he loves me? whatever. but im afraid hes gonna dump me. what should i do. please help. thanks

If your boyfriend makes fun of you with his friends & then laughs at you when you try to tell him how you feel, then he's an asshole & he's inconsiderate. You need to dump him. Don't wait for him to do it to you.
Your boyfriend shouldn't care if you've got none on top or if you do. He should love you for you. If he claims to love you anways, he's lying. He wouldn't laugh at you & make fun of you if he loved you.
Whether it's true or not, you deserve better & someone who won't care what you've got or don't got. You need someone who will love you for you. Your boyfriend doesn't, so you need to fix that. Leave him.

So you shouldn't think any less of yourself either. You know there's more to you than that and to be quite frank about it - if he's going to dump you because of that or because of what his friends say or any of that then I think you're better off because you can do SO much better than someone like him.
There's more to you than just that and if he or his friends don't see that then they obviously have a lot to learn as well as a lot of growing up to do.
Also, it might be an idea to talk to him about it again. Personally if someone was saying that about my girlfriend (be it a friend or not) I'd tell them to stfu and keep their opinion to themselves. Maybe you should let him know that yes it might be true but that doesn't mean his friends and him can go around teasing you about it especially since it hurts your feelings.
You may even need to put things into perspective for him in which case maybe ask him how he would like it if you and your friends were to discuss his 'shortness' down below. I doubt he would find that very funny and even if it might be a fact doesn't mean it's ok to talk about. So in the same way I see no reason why it's ok the other way around.
Hope you manage to sort this out with him and please rmember what I said. If hes going to dump you just because of this then about you then you're better off. You deserve someone whos going to appreciate you for who you are and not just how big you are ore on top. Anyone who can be so trivial is a very sad and pathetic person in my opinion. x

ugh stupid immature boys. well first off, don't worry about being flat chested right now-- it'll change, i swear. (and if not, there's always plastic surgery! [kiding])second, if your boyfriend dumps ya for that honey, hes not worth it and will probably regret it later.
as for dealing with the teasing i'd suggest trying not to let it get to you, if that's at all possible. but also if you're insecure about something it generally is good to make fun of yourself for it, that way people don't get as much satisfaction out of making fun of you and eventually stop completely.
for example: when i'm outside in the cold- my nose turns BRIGHT RED. it's really actually quite embarrassing. when we were forced to run outside in the cold for PE, i was sooo self conscious about it! but as soon as someone said "omg your nose is so red!" i laughed and said, "yup. OH MY GOD I'M JUST LIKE RUDOLF!" i then started singing "rudolf the red nosed raindeer" and everyone found it amusing and joined in. after that i knew no one would say anything about it, and they haven't.
lol you could even try something like saying, "hey guys, what do breakfast foods and i have in common?? i'm smooth like butter, sweet like syrup, and flat as a pancake!" - i just made that up on the spot, so i'm sure you could think of something better.
if you can make yourself comfortable with making fun of yourself, i think it'll make life in general a lot easier (:
