Love handles againn:)

hey
about the love handles exercise...
I tried doing it but it felt really wrong lol...
Are my legs soppesed to be lying straight nad flat on the floor? AM i soppesed to turn as much as i can? If i turn to my left side wand starting to the push-up, which side am i actually stretching? Sorry but this exercise seems very effective but when i attempt it it feels uncomrtable. Im positive im not doing it the right way! Pleaseeeee helpp thank you!!!

You're actually exercising the side you're turning away from. I know it feels awkward at first but its because you're just not used to stretching that way. Keep doing it and it'll feel better after a few days, it should anyway. Just stretch as far as it feels comfortable for you without pulling a muscle. If you need any more help, I'm here.
