Lose Weight

Hey
actually i need to lose 20 pounds in one month
Hard? Yes
But its important
I am eating healthy and going on the treadmill for 10 min everyday and doing 100 crunches
I know thats not enough
I heard Skipping rope is very good
Im going to be starting that soon
I just wanted to know what EXCATLY i should do accomplish this goal
PLEASEE help mee

You're 14. It's not that important. You may not like what I am going to tell you but you aren't asking me this question for the right reasons. I can't give you miracle answers because it's just impossible. When the time is right and you are truly asking this for the right reasons and not because "its important" then I can help you. Truth sucks...but that's what it is.
