Lose weight yeah i know its not good to lose 20 pounds in one month but it is important. I wont ditch the treadmill but how long excaty should i go on it for? Also combine that with skipping and crunches everyday. Thanks:)

I'd say go for a good 20-30 minutes if you're able too. If not, either start lower and work up to that, or seriously look into a bike or something. Anything cardio is good for you, good for your heart, and will help you drop pounds in a nice healhy way. ]
