Love handles

Hey i came across this question you answered...

what are some good exercises to get rid of love handles??

Sit with your legs stretched out about three feet apart. Now twist to the left as far as you can and do a pushup on the floor to that side of you. Now do the same thing on the right side. Go back and forth on both sides for as many reps as you want.

.....and i just wanted to know whether it is REALLy effective and fast?
LOL...i really need to lose that extra weight there and fast! Also, my love handles are wide therefore my waist is wide as well. I do have a curve but my curve makes me looks FAT! I know curves are good and some girls dont have them but sometimesi hate it. I cant wear tight clothes anymore. Does Beyonce have this love handle problem or does she have fat on her curve? I wasnt really shure because my sides looks almost the same as Beyonce's.

These pushups work very well for toning your lovehandles and they also help tone up your forearms. Although, they do help build muscle in and around your stomach. You should lose about three or four inches within a month if you do them a couple times a week. And for the tight tops, you can still wear them. Just don't wear them skintight, but more of a fitted tight, where you can still see your curves but they're not enhanced by the fabric. Like if you're wearing a spandex-type shirt, get a size larger than you normally would. It's clingy, but it's not stuck to you. But it also doesn't look like you're wearing clothes that are too big for you.
