stupid myspace
when i try to sign in on myspace it says incorrect password and i am deffinatly typing the right password
this has been going on for a day now
how do i fix this
o yeah and i cant press "i forgot my password" link
because my friend made the myspace for me and used a fake email adress !

i think you should just make a new account with your own email address cos you have to vertify the email address for it to work and since you made up an email.. your myspace probly didnt work so thats why you cant get into it.

How could your friend have made you a MySpace with a fake email? Every email has to be verified so they know that it's a real, valid account. It could be because you're logging in from somewhere else, or it's your cookies.

Mine does that too when I'm on a different account. It could be your cookies. At the very top of your IE screen go to Tools, Internet Options, Clear History [at the bottom of the General Tab] & then press OK. Try it again. If that doesn't work, make sure when you sign in you're pressing log in & not pressing enter. Sometimes that messes it up too. If it still doesn't work, go to Tools & Internet Options again. Then click the Privacy tab. Make sure the level is on Medium. If you still can't sign in, look under the FAQ section of myspace on their homepage.
