My boyfriend and my best friend have been hanging out behind my back, which normally wouldn't bother me. However, they didn't tell me because they knew I'd get upset about it, which worries me more. I should trust them, I know. But she's cheated on her boyfriend one too many times. I talked to them both about me getting upset over it and they promised it wouldn't happen again. I found out today its still happening.
I've never had issues with trusting people, especially those so close to me. This is hard for me to deal with and I'm not sure what I can do to make this jealous feeling go away. Its ruining everything.

We dont get them for nothing, not usually anyways.
If you feel jealous, or like something is going on, confront them again. Tell them you cant shake the feeling, and mention to your best friend that if she cheated on her boyfriend, what makes you think she woudlnt cheat on yours. She may get upset but why else would she just want to hang out with YOUR boyfriend, alone?
They shoudlnt have done it in the first place.
You know that too, well without your knowledge.
Sometimes jealously does get the best of people, but until you are 100% sure nothing is going on, is when it will go away.
If your boyfriend loves you, or really cares about you, he'll do what you say, you could even tell him to hang out with her less, because its upsetting you.
