well last week i was having severe pains in my lower abdomain and the school nurse suggested it may be an ovarian cyst. i had been having all the sypmtoms of one for the past couple months, so my mom took me to a normal doctors. but since i was under 18, im 15, my mom had to come in with me. im going to a gyno wensday and its my first time. what im wondering is are all gynos like planned parenthood (everything you tell them is confidental & your parent doesnt have to come in). because i really want to be truthful with them but if my mom found out i was sexually active...yeah. also, what should i do/not do in order to prepare for it. thank you

On a side note, being honest with your parents is a good idea too. It will save grief later but I totally understand your reluctance. [ rick505's advice column | Ask rick505 A Question ]

Then had my mom come back in, and then shut the curtain thing so my mom wouldn't see my goods. Don't think about it too much. =] [ dropkickCathyy's advice column | Ask dropkickCathyy A Question ]
