Parents and changing their minds.

Question Posted Saturday April 28 2007, 11:09 am

How do I get my parents to change their mind about something when they have already said they are not changing their mind no matter how I argue! Does anyone have any good tactics?
lol

Additional info, added Saturday April 28 2007, 3:17 pm:
see the problem is it that its not a situation in which doing work or cleaning or being responsible will change my parents kno that I am already responsible, I am a straight A student. Maybe a phsycology major could help me lol .

When you ask & they say no, don't bug them about it anymore. The more you beg them to change their mind & let you do something, the more they're gonna say no. Just do something around the house, be more responsible & then ask again when you feel the time is right.

If i were you i would clean or do something big to alter their mind. But dont ask again untill you've done whatever you choose to do.
