IF you had set your recovery e-mail (for, lets say, myspace) as the one you can't seem to access (yahoo mail)then I think that'll be the first place to start.
On the Yahoo mail site you'll find the option to recover your password Hopefully you'll be able to retrieve it and from there you can do the same with myspace and all the other places where you can't get access because you've forgotten your passwords.
I keep a hard copy of all my passwords (I write them down and keep them hidden in a very safe and secure place) so whenever I need reminding of a passwords I can look it up. Since it's not stored on my computer all my accounts are safe if my computer decides to have a breakdown or if someone manages to somehow hack my system.
Try using passwords that are easy to remember but also hard for others to guess and remember to always use a mix (words and numbers) as this makes it a lot harder for anyone trying to use dictionary attacks against your accounts.

It sucks, but since you forgot all your passwords you may have to make a new myspace && email =/
orrrr...you can wait until ur memory comes back... [ Jessechelon's advice column | Ask Jessechelon A Question ]
